RE: this site
I haven\'t been here since 2003 and thought I would check in as I turned someone else onto the site this mornng. I hope it\'s not dying. I love this place, it helped me through a rough place in life. We need to get things going again and get more artists connected to Tiles.Ice.Org.

I\'m kinda lost in here. I figured out my nic, not sure if it the first one I signed up with though. I can\'t find my quilts that I had worked on. Three years is a long time to go back.

RE: RE: this site
It was pretty much the same thing for me, the site filled me with creativity.

I really hope that this site will be up and running again, it has been 4 years since I did my last tile and every time I did a tile was it a special moment.

RE: this site
There was a few days back a message about ice moving servers so maybe that is whats going on here. I too am visiting after a long abscence. I couldnt find my artwork either in my user gallery. However when I found my quilt (i remembered part of the name so i did a search) and clicked on my squares they still said i was the author and I was able to click other work done by author. I also got a message new quilts and checking out tiles was disabled till the move was completed. So hopefully everything will be alright soon. Would be nice if there was some info for all the confused people though.

Uhh...
Lets go, wtf... I'll donate $20 if you get quilts going again. Don't you have the old code? Bleh

RE: Uhh...
the old code doesn't work well with the latest versions of php DiTsHiP... so, the whole site needs a rewrite. hopefully our coding wizards will get everything up and running again. someday.

I'm glad to see you're still alive and well.

RE: RE: Uhh...
I promise you that team Honkeycorn is working on creating an entirely new ice.org including a new working tiles section. There should be some new suprises in store that we think everyone will like as well.

Team Honkeycorn currently consists of five coders/designers and will expand as soon as the main framework is complete.

:)))))))))))))))))))))))))))
so glad to hear that.
greater even, that i invented a time machine just yesterday and will now travel into the future in order to do the first tile on the new ice domain

....oh damn. i am just back from the future and must report: someone invented a tile machine tomorrow. it has done all quilts for the next 37 years in 2.5 minutes and rated me -5 several times just for fun. well, it seems we have to erase art out of our lives and become insurance agents alltogether. sorry to tell you. looking for life insurance anyway?

RE: RE: RE: Uhh...
way to be Honkythang. considering the past though, i'd say five [or less] is probably a good thing.
