hmmm

3's seems kinda low to me. good transitional tile with interesting borders to work off of, and definitely escheresque architecture.

Those voters probably disliked the sketchiness. That wasn't part of Escher's art -- but, of course, that's the point.

true, Escher wasn't sketchy. but we were supposed to do our own interpretations of Dali and/or Escher. in that way there should be room for each iCE artist's style too. no biggie i guess. i worked off of two of these edges though and found them easy and interesting to work from.

No, heh, I'm agreeing with you. I meant that the point of this quilt was to draw one artist's subject in another's style.
