Well, i think it looks good and fits very well to the borders. Only the pillar looks a little bit flat and cuttet the background in two parts looks a little bit strange(especially the grey).

the grey? i couldnt really just not continue it.... (so could you clarify a bit on what you mean?) and there was no real setting that i could put the pillar in, so making the scene on the right was a way to start something new..

I only want to say, that it looks like the grey left to the pillar is way "higher" than to the right. If the grey would be water, the "waterlevel" is not the same on either side. And that looks a bit strange.

ah. i get what you're saying now. i guess i just worked on them as seperate pieces (the spaces to the left and right of the pillar) so they're not meant to flow in any way.. i guess it would look a bit better if it did, but oh well
just one...
