Looking at this tile as it is positioned here, I see NOW, how the images suffer without the crispness of the surrounding artwork. The color palette is there but the whole image has lost it's impact because of both it's busyness and it's internal activity, without sharpness and better general contrast with it's neighbors!
How very pompous it was of me to award it a four!
