The blending could have been better and you could have provided more than just the background to the tiles around you. Try to avoid simply "slapping" (pun intended) a picture in the center of your tile because it doesn't really add to the flow of the quilt. Ideally each tile should incorporate elements from the other tiles and you didn't leave a lot for the surrounding people to work with.
