I realize you didn't have much to work with based on the 15 pixel band below this tile since it was obviously the top of a sky scene, but you should probably try to minimize the same problem for other artists around you by altering enough of your tile to have your tile flow into someone elses tiles better.
I imagine the tile above yours is going to have to use your clouds and sky to do something much like you have already.

Yes and no... Blue + Clouds = Sky. There's no way that the person above can dodge the fact that they have to blend their tile into sky.
Some people (like myself) do much better with closeups of objects instead of huge expances of sky or terrain or water, so this limits my ability to make an interesting tile. The second tile I made...

... had that problem. Fortunately I was in a horribly comical mood, and I pulled a purple martian out of no where. Sadly I screwed the person above ME because I didn't think to distrupt the area above MY tile enough. Luckily they did a good job of stopping the sky.
