I really like the style of the snail. Reminds me of of the style in some book when I was a kid.

Thanks jahn... the style looks as a kids book illustration, yes... but the problem is when you don't want to do a kids-style and you do it... xD I have not just enough skills to paint a snail xD... my next one will be better xD

i think it's good to be critical of your own work... in the context of the whole quilt though, i think this snail looks great :o)
