getting the hang...
after my first two tiles, i realized how important it is to make sure the edges of each tile are seamless... it really takes away from the effect when the squared off image doesnt align properly with the rest of them... live and learn.

Yeah, you can't alter your borders. Those aren't changed when you upload your tile. :)

it's strange, i consider myself to be a seasoned photoshopper, but definately a tiles rookie.

i usually keep the border layer as my top most layer and just cut out the center 128x128 pixels. draw everything beneath it, and the borders go unaffected. u probably figured that out, but just a helpful hint in case you didnt! ;)

lol. the first thing you see when u check out a tile is a link to the turoial by essobie. u should read it if you have not. ;)
