I like the face, although it took me a while to figure it out. At first I thought it was a little dog with a forked tail.
I think people are penalizing you because you didn't continue the ribbon on the bottom left. Besides that, it's a pretty OK tile. I gave you a 2.

I wasn't sure how to continue the gold ribbon, as the tile below mine didn't continue it. I felt that if I did continue it, it would be missing a triangular piece where the other artist's tile was just black. I like the disappating effect that was created to end the ribbon in the tile left of mine.

Good work! I thought it was a long-eared rabbit cutting off a bodypart with a straight blade razor at first, but then I looked again and saw what it really was. Pretty creepy actually, I'd hate to have a face peering down at me from the stars like that.
