dunno, its cool that peeps can get invited, but then.. why even say you have to have a score of this and that.??... just have the quilt be invite only, period. be it sour grapes or not, i just dont know how fair..*cringe* (i hate that word) it is to have peeps trying and trying to build up their scores, and trying to produce better quality tiles as they go along, while other peeps can just fast forward the whole process and skip to "cooldum". i could keep going, but i feel my "cool" factor readily depleting, wouldnt wanna ruin any chances of getting invites....bleh.

im not meanin to sound all mad at anyone, cause im not, sorry if it sounded that way. and im not downin anyones skills either, because the skill here is bountiful..im just, welp..im puttin my two cents in on the whole ordeal...so no one get their panties all in a bunch.laf.. :)

well.. the score limit is just to make sure there is some kind of "quality limit" ... If someone asks me to be invited, and I think they got what it takes - I invite them... She said she would love to do a tile on "surrender your pen", so I invited her... If you want to, I'll invite you to...

You're only 2 tiles away from the auto-invite anyway. You probably have two tiles that aren't visible yet that will get you in.

Having scores for people to reach for encourages work on other quilts and makes the artists practice a bit more to get to the fun stuff. It's sort of like leveling in an RPG. I think it's a good idea.

I think it's a great idea too Root...I love the idea of others voting on my work. It gives me a real sense of what other artists think of my tiles and really does encourage me to work harder on them :)
