I liked the artwork a lot, but I have one suggestion: it would have been nice to have at least one thing besides the notes hanging off of the borders. Admirable job creating something more exciting from the black space border you were given, though.

I really like this tile for the quality of the fairy graphic and the cleverness of stars morphing into notes. I only have two wishes, part of one you really couldn't do much about. First I wish that the tile's borders were more seamless, but I recognize that you really only had control of one border. However, that border could have been more seamless than it is. Second, I think that a move away from a flat black background behind the starry notes would have added something; maybe a glow around the fairy?. Especially since the bottom border already had some blue in it. Other than that, great! I voted 4.
