I think that the hair looks fine
But you could have done a better blending job. All you appear to have done is copy the border and add a gradient fade. Other than that it's a decent tile.

I think the blending is fine. I would have liked it more if you used the flowers to be the pattern of her whole shirt and just left the green off of it.
