I love...
... this tile and the way you stroke. How do you do it? Could you explain it a bit? I really would like to paint giving that natural brushes feeling... but I got no idea of how to do it.

There is no real secret. I just use the normal Photoshop 1 Pixel Brush. imho the most important thing for the look of a picture are the colors you choose.
