I'm not sure this should be my second-highest rated tile (or the pointilist landscape my highest), but whatever. I couldn't think of a great subject, so I made the pile of blue stuff on the right into blood cells, since I picked up the ovals bug from the Abstractive quilt. Probably my favorite part of this tile is the pipe and the continuation of the exhaust pipes from fidgit's tile.
