I know how to use Kai's Tools too
Nothing personal but even I know how to use Kai's Power Tools to make a scene like that. I wouldn't mention it except that you made more than one tile with it and made minimal changes to it. I like some of your other stuff although I could do without Kurt or Eddie (or whatever that iron maiden thing is. heh)

Also, the blending it almost nonexistant and the black lines are just plain annoying. At least he used a filter to make this tile, rather than some artwork he stole from someone else.
