Well, Uzim, that seems to be your first tile! A good one, indeed.
But I'll throw a few advices:

1. make your borders a bit more filled, to have people continuing something from your tile, like you did it at the bottom

2. get brightness on your monitor a bit lower, it's way too dark to see :)

3. continuedness rules everything :) get things in other people's tiles to stick through yours, and pass them to your neighbours etc
