Some hints...
With the starting tile (which I assume this was, since it had no sides completed on checkout), you can do almost anything....this doesn't mean it's always a good idea.

First of all, this tile leaves four edges with nearly nothing on them. It'll probably feel like a hole in the quilt, because instead of offering interesting textures and shapes to work from, you've basically gone and put a fairly isolated shape in the middle of a lot of white space. Secondly....the text....it's just never a good idea unless you are working on a quilt that specifically calls for it. Like the comic quilt. It tends to be distracting.

I'd suggest in the future giving your neighbours something a little more concrete to work with. A picture which can extend beyond the boundaries of the tile works a lot better in the long run.
