I like how you made him look older, as he should be by 2020...
Instead of spells he can use some neat plasma blasters and replace the old magic with the magic of technology, lol...

Oh, almost forgot, give his broom a nice looking HUD for the heat seeking missiles.

In fact the cybernetic part was programmed by microsoft, some were supervised by the Bill Gates himself...
