This one's pixel-pushed (meaning, only 100% brushes used). 10 colours (9 fleshtones, and RGB:0,0,0), lots of dithering. I like it a lot. It can (naturally) be flipped over if you don't mind lightsources situated on the bottom of a piece. Some people just don't go for the whole 'woman above' thing.
