The tile design is good and fits in with the colors of your borders, but your blending on the top and bottom is very abrubt.

I struggled somewhat to blend neatly into the tile above in particular because the edge of the tile seemed to have a lot of black pixels along it. I tried a few times with no success, so I though "If the join can't be hidden then I shall attempt to make a feature of it!" Hence the orange tones at the top edge which are meant to be the colours of the rusty trough that the water is cascading into, as seen through the torrent. Not entirely happy with the result, but time was running out!!

i agree, the bottom left expecially could've been a smoother transition.
the top blend, though abrupt, works for me... nice solution imo in this case. looks like a windshield or aquarium glass is holding the water back like a see through damn or something.
i had this tile checked out previously and gave up on it...
