is it a photo manipulation? it's not against the rules, and either way it's pretty cool.... i was just wondering why such a beautiful scene doesn't have a higher score.

I saw this tile a while ago. My impression then (and now) is that all 4 of his tiles were plagiarized. See Root's comment about his other tile here. So it's no wonder he has such a low score! hahaha
