And yes, I took a picture of myself as a reference, but the tile is handmade. Personally, I do not wear a beard... ;-)
A real disappointment to me, though, that nobody will continue the face on the left. Got the idea from raganagas "geisha" in MQ 15.
Is there a way to tell by the file number where the tile is gonna end up in the quilt?

no u have to guess it by the borders, kinda like and elimation procees, if u have 3 borders, i try to find a place that maches this configuration the with the visible tiles, then i imagine what does the color of the non visible tile might be,
must of the times u can tell were your tile will appear.
