Hrmmmm.
I don't see much here past two small fish with one of them copied and pasted multiple times.

I think it would have been more interesting to see if that shark was after something. Or those glowing minows to change directions suddenly.

I do like that you have a splash of some non-blue water at the top, but as a whole, it looks rushed.

well, i thought i'd play it safe this time, after getting slammed hard last time. the blowfish alone took almost three hours and multiple layers. so i wasn't really rushing it... just trying to keep it simple and safe. neon tetras tend to travel in schools , hence the multiple pastes. last time i thought i had added an element of drama for the circling shark by adding bait fish and a man fishing from a rowboat. like, if the fisherman hooked one there'd be blood and a struggle which would attract the sharks attention. the old man is the sea type stuff, it didn't play well so i guess i got too conservative.

Those are male fishtank guppies too, so dementionally they look HUGE compared to the shark. I think it is a good idea though to get the water to start going more towards the colors we see at the top of the ocean, and your right that shark does look hungry but I don't think guppies are going to satisfy it. Yes, it does seem now that there are a lot of things going on in the upper layers of ocean that haven't been represented here yet, how many tiles are left? What about sea kelp too?

Re: *grin*
actually they're neon tetras. they weren't intended as food for the shark. a shark wouldn't be interested in such tiny fish. when i tried interacting with the shark my tile got panned, so i thought i'd stay away from that. a big shark just swimming by is an awful lot of drama all by itself 8^). my "aquarium fishies were hopefully the beginning of something else going on above. the tetras [to me] seem about life size and are definitely in the very near forground, while the shark must be in the distance sine he is so tiny [a full grown shark would hardly fit on the monitor all at once]. in a word it's an optical illusion called "foreshortening". looks like this one isn't go over very well either, oh well, try try again. never say die. endeavor to persevere and all that rot.

Re: Re: *grin*
Neon tetras are actually freshwater fish. In the wild they are found in the amazon. But thats not important. I think it's a great tile and the blowfish in particular is superb. I like that you haven't made it too "busy".
